Step 1 Go to your Instagram application on your smartphone, iPad or iPhone. Another method, Using a Computer
Step 1 Go to the browser and search for the official Instagram website. That is https://www.instagram.com Step 2 Go to the profile icon on your screen. (In computer it is on the top right side of the screen) Step 3 Tap on the settings icon (in computer it is on the right side of ‘Edit Profile’ section Step 4 When you enter the menu, scroll down and choose ‘Privacy and Security’ Step 5 Go to the Account data > Tap on the ‘View Account Data’ Step 6 Choose profile info > Here you will find ‘Former Bio texts’ option > Tap on it Step 7 Keep scrolling down to see your previous bios. In case you want to use any of the previous bios again Then • Choose while of the bio text • Go back to your profile section and tap on ‘Edit Profile’ • Go to the Bio section, Right click and choose paste • And you are done with the task
