Go to the Ask.uidai.gov.in which is the official website portal of UIDAI. Now enter the phone number that is registered with your Aadhaar card and on which you receive your OTPs.
You will be given a CAPTCHA code which you need to enter in order to proceed to the next step.You will see the ‘Send OTP’ option. Within seconds you will receive the OTP on your presently registered mobile number. Enter this OTP on the box that is provided and click on Submit.
