Meanwhile, discounts and deals for its sibling Nexus 7 started flooding the online stores which clearly hint that the new tablet is on its way and will be on the shelves any time soon. The demand is immense for the Nexus 10 2 and fans were eagerly awaiting its launch at the CES. Many fans were left disappointed as its launch has been delayed further. There is no official statement from Google about the release date of the Nexus 10 2 tablet. It is also being speculated that Google will have an unexpected launch for the Google Nexus 10 2, as it has been planned originally. The original Google Nexus 10 was developed by Samsung and launched in 2012 November. According to reports, Samsung will be heading the development of the Nexus 10’s successor as well. However, many have their doubts whether Samsung will be at the helm for developing the Google Nexus 10 2 since the company has already launched its new range of tablets. Though Google and Samsung remain business partners, Google cannot negate the competition it faces from the Korean gadget manufacturer. Speculations are going rife that the Nexus 10 2 may be developed by ASUS or LG. Some news websites also report that Google would do away with its Nexus tablets since other developers have done a better job with it. .
